So when i start up my PC Windows explorer does not load. It just has a white background and i have to open programs through task manager, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try running msconfig and see if the startup or sevices have been unchecked.

Thanks for the advice but i found that it was just taking a long time to load (20 minuets >.<)
