It's a 12mb down, 1mb up. Should I use the 2wire in bridged mode for Internet and use my Netgear, or continue to use the 2wire as both?

Here's The Rundown:

There are 3 laptops, 2 desktops, 1 xbox. The Xbox is connected via Ethernet on the U-verse Cisco box. It shows up as the following in the Home Network section:
Local Interfaces
Ethernet: 2 (desktop and xbox)
HomePNA: 5 (I suppose this is the phone and U-verse boxes for TV)
Wireless: 3 (3 laptops, 2 of them using Skype video chatting)
USB: 0

My parents are using Skype with video calling to friends and family, I'm playing on Live on my Xbox as well as Party chatting, and everyones browsing on their laptops and desktops.

Is setting up a QoS necessary with the current speeds? 2wire is saying the following under the System Summary:
• Incoming: 19192 kbps
• Outgoing: 2040 kbps
Though, Speakeasy and Speedtest say otherwise, because the Internet is in use.

My desktop currently has DMZplus enabled, which gives it a Private IP address. and the Xbox has its ports forwarded.
