How do I cheat?

I am not advocating going to this website by any means. Let me make this clear.

The website I am trying to access is botsnhacks, google it if you dont know. I tried changing my dns server, checking my host list in xp(was blank), and disabled my antivirus if that was causing it. However I cannot access the site directly and only get a 404 google error. I can however view the page in google cache, which tells me they exist. Any solutions on whats causing it or any other tips?
