I'm gonna install a new OS and I have a question:
1.Do i have to install the drivers?
2. If yes, where do i get drivers for a pre-built computer?

First of all you'd have to tell us what exactly are you installing. Drivers vary from XP, Win7, Ubuntu and other OSes you can think of.
Best place to look for OEM drivers are the manufacturer's website. HP, Asus, etc...

Windows 7 has an extensive driver library built-in, so a newer system should not need much manual user assistance as far as setting up the drivers go. Once Windows 7 gets an internet connection (from using a LAN or WLAN driver), it'll connect to Windows Update to get any missing drivers and update the current drivers. For other operating systems, you will need to install the drivers yourself. Go to your OEM's website and find the support page.

Depends if it's a working pirated version.
I do not believe it would cause any problems though.

I've switched from Vista to Win7 32 bit and then from Win7 32 bit to Win 7 64 bit. I've never had problems with drivers. Just let the update run after you installed it.

Most hardware will run at the minimum when you install an OS. Like the video card. It will be bigger than life res and choppy scrolling on a browser until you install drivers, but it works.
