-Realllllllllllllllllllllllllly shitty customer service
-No value for money (I pay 60 a week and can't even get a decent D/L or upload speed)
-They cut off my service whenever they feel like it even when I pay the fucking bill.
-They don't even send me a fucking notice when they cut it off.
-Modem that I received with wireless SP internet is a weak piece of shit.
-It's been 4 fucking days since I changed my plan and guess what?
It's fucking full already even though I've only been on here for 30mins every 2 days or so.
-What else?
when they cut off my phone they cut off my fucking foxtel and my internet.
Fuckkkkk yeaaaah because you know I don't need communication with the outside world!.
-When they slow my internet get this it's 100 kbps! no fucking fast downloads there!.
-Shitty plan $60 for ADSL that can't even download at one Mbps
-Their Telstra (e.g. I FUCKING HATE THEM)

If you live in Australia don't let Telstra lock you in on a shitty weak ass $60 a week slow like a fucking turtle internet speed with shitty customer service and random uneeded cut off dates yea!

Australia's Internet capabilities are very limited due to its geographic location and money-mad companies monopolising on telecommunications business which limits motive for improvement. Overall the only reasonable solution is a much greater backbone, submarine to join within Asia and Europe. Satellite communications are simply too slow for home-based Internet as any speed worth getting would use too many resources on the company's end to provide reasonable speeds (and prices) to all end-users. It all depends on the companies' willingness to contribute to further the development of telecommunications in Australia, as I doubt the government would take a stand to improve it.

Short version: your Internet is bad because of physical limitations and greed.
