I'm sure you can find component-specific videos on youtube if you need, but my first build, I relied almost entirely on the motherboard manual. The locally-proverbial "seven-piece puzzle". Just do things slowly and consciously so as not to damage anything.

+ motherboard manual
+ case manual
= victory |
Those parts should work pretty well, just a cheap chassis. Not really a big deal, airflow is less important when you're not overvolting like a madman and at least it doesn't look ridiculous like some other inexpensive cases.
Good luck on the build.

This! The manuals will give you everything you need to know for assembly.

As for mentioned, the manuals will provide any help you need.
Just put in your PSU first, plug it in to help prevent static and then your mobo and subsequent components.

All the parts can only be inserted one-way, if it does not fit, don't force it.
Test your parts outside first before putting them into a case.
Ground yourself!

you're probably fine.
connect a single fan to the psu and short PS_ON to a ground, it should start up. if your fan spins, pull the plug, you're golden.
