Better if the white thing were like clouds, but really vague clouds? I mean like really soft clouds, because you are going for black rain, right? And I don't like the large black blob thing. Also you could use a different font.

| What is with you guys and tags that look kind of ugly but would look so much better with a nice border and drop shadow but don't have and border and drop shadow?

drop shadows are useless
borders are optional. IMO, most signatures would look better without borders >_> (i b a border hater ._.)

All you did was use the same brush repeatedly for the background and then it looks like you just used different brushes for the rest. I guess it doesn't look too bad, but what is up with that black thing on the left?
