Is the only way of bypassing kernel hooks to copy kernel before HS/GG and rebase it to the copied kernel... or does the Undead's method still work? I've read in some places that a trampoline is complicated... But I'm confused why it would be, since you'd be doing the same thing as getting the bytes before hand, then jumping over the hook...

Trampolines in kernelmode are the same as in usermode, nothing complicated about them.
