Cheat Engine

Hey there,
I am not familiar with Cheat Engines system entirely, though I have a play around with it. I understand that is mainly only deals with clientside, but I was wandering if I could change these values on a website that has said how many times I have logged in. I have found the values, they do changed accordingly with when I log in (i.e. I have logged in 9 times, all 3 values are 9, I log in another time they all go to 10, even if I open a new window, which tells me that its not something Google Chrome is doing. It must be for this website, right?

So I was wandering if I could make the values that I changed it into (from 10 to around 30 000, as a joke of course =P (P.S. I have tried a smaller number, 100 to be precise)) stay that number and show up on the website..

It doesn't even seem to show the changed number of logins to me, it stays at 9 or 10. Have I got it wrong?

That sounds like something serversided, so all changes will only be tamporary. I wonder if it is possible with packet editing...

I am downloading now, is there anything I should be looking for specifically (when it comes to "packet editing" acronyms etc. =P) for what I am trying to accomplish.

I.e. What am I trying to do?
So I can look it up in packet edting terms =P

Damn..
Can Cheat Engine do what I am looking for?
Even if only temporarily?
If not, does anyone know of a way?
