How do I cheat?

I have local version of Mass Effect 1 (czech) and I want to make personal trainer. I used Cheat Engine to find it. I founded only XP, but not health i tryed to enter value of health what i have in game menu, but i canīt find. Anybody know how to find memory adress of health?

http://forum.cheatengine.org/viewtopic.php?t=244831 might have a working script

or copy paste this into ce, perhaps one of these pointers are valid for you as well

(perhaps the exe isn't different for a local version but only the resource and datafiles for it)
