Weird Usb problem

Ok i have a digital media class and i exported some 1280x720 movies to my 16GB flash drive and try to put them on my pc. The computers at my school are macs with like all the adobe programs and anyway the problem is that if i even click or try to move anything that i exported it just crashes explorer.exe if i take out the usb it goes back to normal and is fine. I have no idea. I have gotten to the point were i just have them individually on my flash drive and tried to put on my comp But they take SO LONG like i mean only 50-120kbps and my specs are in my sig and i find that ridiculous.

And i really need this like urgent my video is due tomorrow and im clueless here. Basically i need to convert the videos but i cant like touch them so god damn frustrating.

bring in your laptop and show the error to your teacher, and try to get more time.
