It's kind of hard to find that driver.
It's old, and all the sites are in different languages.

according to this japanese translation of the panasonic japanese website the OS (win 2000, ME, and XP) should provide the drivers needed to run the screen. Windows vista and 7 dont apear to have an option for your product.
search TX-D5L31A-J or find it halfway down the page under "dispays".

I've done all that but I did not get the drivers even though the official website panasonic
