This place is for art requests, not sig requests.
and anyways, if he wants it, that doesn't mean he's got no right to post it. He just wants to see if anyone would like to do it for him. That's why this place exists, so people with less skill can ask the people with the skill needed to do it for them.

You can't just make a request for something like that expecting it all to be handed to you easily. You would most likely have to pay if you wanted something even moderately decent. Also, the rendering doesn't take that long.
