i have a home premium. My brothers pc can only run 32 bit can he have that disc i have the 64 and then use the same key?

The license are meant to be used only on one computer.
The product key does not have a restriction to a specific OS platform.
In other words, the product key you have can be used to install a 32bit or 64bit OS.
If your want to use the key on both machines, call MS and tell them about it and just order the additional license certification, then you can use that on both computers.
The price of it is almost the same as you going out and getting a new OS.

But yeah, he probably doesn't have that. | Yeah, I have one (actually 2) of those and have used it on several computers. But normal ones are single-use only.
