you can't install xp from ubuntu, you'd need to boot off of the windows CD to install it...
are you seriously asking this?

Its not booting from CD |
Change the first boot priority to cd-rom in your bios.....

I'm assuming you downloaded your WINXP ? Make sure you burned it right and it was a legit copy.

Restart your PC and keep pressing F12. Some motherboards, a list of bootable stuff comes up including HDD's, USB's and DVD Drives. Select the DVD Drive and it would boot.

| When you first turn on your computer, look for one time boot menu or boot selection screen. Press the key it tells you to.

Thanks my CD was fucked, I made a usb of WIN7.
