Hey, this might be a dumb question but if I disable the integrated graphics card on the motherboard does it still take up memory from the RAM?

Might not on new pcs, but on my dads old intel board, it does. I have it set to the lowest it can be. It shouldn't though.

When you input a new card for the gpu the sourthbridge (i think its that) will just turn off that since it isn't being accessed.
