which one will be more worth it?

| They all cost a hella lot. For like 100 bucks more, you could buy a flat screen tv 32 inch and use it as a monitor. I'm not even joking here.

IPS = expensive shit, but shit look hella nice, take the 27" iMac for example
LCD(you mean TN rite?) = cheap, mainstream, best price/performance
LED = is like buying a 120HZ monitor, in reality, you don't need it.

LCD = LG 2353 V PF (is $213 at newegg, it look nice for a TN), forgit, Asus VH23XX
LED = one you have is fine

what
120hz on it's own is the advantage, it's much, much smoother appearing and there is a smaller (though already negligible on TN panels) delay
ips is a slow panel inherently, not good for gaming generally. it uses a typical backlight as well.
the LED LCD obviously uses the LED as the backlighting, it's much finer control wise and you'll probably get cleaner blacks.
