| No, anyone who owns a website can do that. Get malwarebytes and run a full scan. It should kill any spyware/adware.

But will it work the same way if I emulate it on wine(there is no Linux version) or will it just scan my virtual C drive? With my IP can they track exactly where my house is or is the city as far as they can go?

You know how you're accessing this site right now? The CEF server needs your IP to know where to send data to, as does any other web server you've ever accessed. Unless you've got some stupidly huge security hole somewhere in your network then nothing's going to happen. No, nothing can locate where your house is unless they ask your ISP for that information and they comply for some unimaginable reason.

Except malwatebytes is a malware remover and not a virus remover.

The only way to get your house address from your IP address is if whoever got a court order and went to your ISP and got them to hand over all your information.

In the broadest sense of the word I suppose they are, however Malwarebytes is moreso intended for removal of things such as rogue antiviruses and other sorts of unwanted software than to be used as a traditional antivirus.
EDIT: No, I misread that. Although a virus is malware, trojan horses are not viruses. A virus must self replicate, usually by exploiting security holes and such, whereas a trojan relies on willful user interaction to infect a system. The term "virus" is often erroneously used as a catch-all term for any kind of malware.
