What is the difference in the color of the Addresses?

I noticed when I run First/New Scan that there are green addresses and some black ones. What is the difference in color about? I know it means something but I was curious as to what Smile . Thanks!!

The green are "static", this means that they always will have the same placement (inside the program), but the black one can move around.
