In Moopestory, i have this intense FPS Lag, Everything else is fine in the game, I can also tell my screen fps lags also.
my graphics card is ATI Radeon HD 3200
Could sombody tell me some proper settings for my graphics card, so my PC will run smoothly.

You can run that game on the worst pcs with the littlest ram. I ran on a vista pc with 512mb ram and a celeron D processor. Its probably his connection or the server. Their servers are known for their lag.

Depends on what version of the game. The client caches the wz files to RAM - newer the version = more is cached. And no, you can't run it on the worst pcs with the littlest ram, eg running it on a P4, it lags like hell - or even on my Sempron in high-activity areas.

How so? I used to play on my dads p4 3.2 with HT. But i guess that was patch 6x, before I quit. I wouldnt expect it to become that much more cpu heavy just because some new maps got added.
