You just can't look at the speed itself as these two processors are from different families.
The 2.0 is a Athlon X2 while the 2.2 is a Turion X2
The QL-60A does not exist, but the one with a 2GHz speed is the QL62
All the specs are the same and there are some differences
HT: 3,600MHz
32/64bit: yes
build: 65nm
cache: 1mb
differences:
Athlon: 25w/2ghz/no virtualization
Turion: 30w/2.2ghz/ supports virtualization

But the athlon has msi turbo, which means I can OC it. What is virtualizations gonna do for me anyway? Sounds like something ill never use.
Edit: of virtualizations for like VM ware? I will never use it so not having it isn't an issue. Also, you have it backwards. The Turion is less watts as its for notebooks, where the athlon is made for desktops originally. Everywhere I look for the differences on the internet seem to return to the athlon being a much bigger power hog than the turion. This is no issue as ill always be plugged in most times. As for the lesser cpu speed, the msi will OC for gaming, so it wont be an issue. I really only play source games like css, tf2, Gmod. I also have read reviews from people saying new games like boarderlands and MW2 play mediumish.
