on my windows 7 ultimate operating system i cant get it to open, it opens on my windows XP though. idk what program i need to install for it to work, anyone know?

idk if you still hack on MS, but its seans hack trainer, his hackpack comes with "[email protected]" when you double click it, it should open up to a box. its not working though

Are you saying one of your hack applications edited the cfg instead of manually.
Right click the CFG, open with, chose default pogram, select the .exe
