I recently purchased and downloaded the Ghostbusters video game from the Atari website. When I open it, I get the window shown below. The problem: There wasn't an "activation key" in the original 'successful purchase' email, and I've tried the customer service 3 times already.

The code never works. It always says that my code has an invalid format.

I never do email support.

Contact there Phone instead. You may have to wait on the phone but its worth it compared to waiting for a email you'll never get. ( I had to call OCZ to get my rebate checked out)

I already got three reply emails. It's that the Unlock codes don't work.
