What languages can I learn that I can make money from, like doing stuff for someone, but all online. Also I have about 4 hours a day to learn the language. I have a basic understanding of web development.

C++ is an advanced language, I'd suggest learning something like Java before jumping into C++. Java has a good bit of similarities to Java, so the move over to something more advanced would be easier.

If you try going straight into C++ without any prior programming knowledge, you'll fail.

what, no
it's perfectly sane to jump directly into C++, though starting with C may be smarter as most concepts there carry over, though not always the reverse.

@op:
and i seriously doubt you will ever make any kind of meaningful $$$ doing random freelancing with no previous work or experience under your belt at all.

give up on this idea for a long time.

I don't want to make meaningful $$$ I meant like making websites, with ad's, people, click, making open source software with a donate button.

Here you have to be 15 and a half, and get a worker's permit.

Probably C++ and code some hack tools (for games) to sell online, that's basically all I can think of.

I started C++ about a month ago, but I didn't study every day, but so far I understand everything from cout to arithmetic's such as making a game stats board.
