It doesn't come pre-loaded. must download.

Noo. This was a very serious issue in my home in the new Windows 7.
You can install Windows Live Movie Maker but it sucks. You can also get the old as XP Movie Maker but it sucks.
The best way is to use Vista's WMM which I think is the best.
Reply saying if you have 32 or 64 Bit Windows 7 so I can give it to you.
I didn't download them off the Internet, they are from legal Vista OS's.
