im up till like 2-3am i cant fall asleep idk why...? any ideas on how i can fall asleep faster?

1. drink some wine

2. read a boring book (under a dim light lol)

3. exercise (get tired)

4. cut back on drinking those energy drinks + coffee

How long do you sleep per day? Do you do any work during the day? Limit yourself to 8 hours of sleep per day max, and do physically tiring work throughout the day so you're tired later that night.

Make sure you're not sleeping in too late, or sleeping too much. Get into the habit of waking up around the same time every day.

No caffeine, but you shouldn't have any for a million other reasons anyway

Work out a few hours before bed. If you're not doing enough during the day, you won't get tired.

Try and have a warm bath like half hour b4 going bed, then try get to sleep with dark or a dim light up to you. Or try reading a book for a while.

I use to go to bed and stay up hours trying to go sleep.
I was using a horrible bed. I bought a new Mattress and now I sleep much faster.

Best way that works for me is to go weight lifting and cardio.

Then you'll pass out in bed.

i come home from school take a 2-4hour nap then stay up till around 2-3AM then fall asleep maybe around 5-6 (6 is when I wake up) so total probably... maybe 4-6 hours of sleep?

Don't take that nap, and as almost everyone else has said - do some exercise. Something to make your body want to lay in bed all night.
