Need to get a new PC, I don't really mind whether i have to build it or it is already prebuilt, I need it for gaming, but not for everything to be on the highest settings and resolution and still be getting 180FPS. All i want is a computer that can play most games on low ~ medium settings with an acceptable frame rate.
Please use newegg
Mostly i want something that i can upgrade as i can not upgrade my current computer any further
I am currently on a dell dimension 3000 with a:
2.4GHz Celeron
GeForce 6200
and a gig of ram
and i cant upgrade anything in it

10% Cashback on Newegg still active,
monitor: http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/searchtools/item-Details.asp?EdpNo=5074090&sku=S197-2410
and look at attached
$615 - 10% cashback ($60!)- $75 rebate = 480 + 150 for monitor = $630
just re-use your dvd rom, and add add your hard drive from old comp.
see attachment.
oh shit, tigerdirect still have 8% cashback for the monitor, making it ~$620 after rebate.
How to use bingcash back(i actually forgot how to do it, so it might be wrong, just google.)
easy way: go to bing.com/cashback and then type in your retailer. on the left it will say like retailer name. click on it and u sud be all set.
stupid way(price matching)
go http://www.bing.com/shopping
search LG W2353V-PF
click tigerdirect
a page should tells you about bing cashback if you signed up
then search for Sceptre X246W-1080P
add to cart and check out
bing should give you a email
get money
???? profit
do the same for newegg.

Sorry if i phrased it wrong, i meant i wanted a new computer that i could upgrade, as i cannot upgrade my current one. | What? If you know how to upgrade a computer, I assure you that you know how to build one, it isn't difficult at all as long as you kind of know what you're doing. And it is probably more expensive to buy a prebuilt and upgrade it than it would be to simply buy a better prebuilt. Think of it this way, you'd be paying for parts (and their assembly) that you're not even going to use.

No i meant i want to build a new computer for ~650 that i can upgrade later. | Oh, well any comp you build you'll be able to upgrade as long as you get a stronger PSU than you need. Here I'll make you a build.
Mobo+CPU combo: http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboDealDetails.aspx?ItemList=Combo.288960
GPU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814131321
RAM: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231303
PSU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139005
Case: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811156063 ($40 rebate)
HDD: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822136320
That should be good.
Edit: Oh shit miscarried a 1, let me fix.
Edit2: Ok it is considerably less now.

Shota's look good, but i still need to factor in an optical drive, and an OS
And a monitor
I would pirate it, but my current computer has no DVD burner
Also I don't have sales tax in this state.
EDIT:
After adding in a good, cheap monitor for $115
and Windows 7 Home Premium for $105
it went up to $888 with shipping,
What could i cut down on? i realise the CPU + Motherboard is a GREAT deal.

Am i stuck with this? or could i cut down on something? | Well, like you said you could pirate Win7 (or I could potentially give you mine n.n) and if you don't want 1080p...http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139005

could i do anything with cd's? | You should be able to plug a DVD drive into your current computer, that is if you buy an IDE one or you have a SATA slot on your mobo.

Possible i guess, I just don't want to chance anything.
Could i possible burn XP to cd's then install that on my new computer, and then burn Win7 from there?
I dont have sata, only IDE, so i don't want to buy an IDE drive when i have a SATA PC i want it in
