Every single folder on my computer is now Read Only for some reason, when I uncheck the Read Only option and press OK, then I open the Properties again, it's STILL Read Only. The files inside the folders aren't.

That is normal. I don't understand it but it happens to me to.
All my folders are Read Only and when I uncheck them, they go back.

Same here. Default behavior of windows apparently.

Hm, okay, this program was telling me the folder was unwritable and I assumed that was the problem, thanks
