I've done it successfully on x86, I don't understand how to do it on x64.

you'll fist have to first disable the integrity check on the ssdt

there's also a difference with the relative addressing.
I havn't looked into it, but you might have to create a seperate jumptable to jump to your driver

Um... I thought you need your drivers signed by microsoft.
