Cheat Engine

Hello, i think i screwed up my hardware or dunno, cuz i tried to reinstall windows and format didint help me. The problem is i did something with kernel debugger have no idea what i did than there was some error.. Now when i play counter strike its running slower than it should.. I tried everything nothing helped me so far... Any idea what could it be? I think it only started when i did something with kernelmode debbuger & process watcher in cheat engine.. After that i started to have that problem.. Also i reinstlaled windows / changed drivers and etc and still have the same problem.. Counter - strike 1.6 running SLOWER than it should.. Sorry for my grammar mistakes and etc i hope you understand what i mean.

If you've formatted then reinstall your drivers.
