My dad received a copy of Windows 7: Enterprise editon from his company. He claims he has 10 licenses on the disc. So I was installing it and I left the PC. So he put in his company disc's key and went in and put everything on the PC. But then a pop up comes saying to activate Windows. I`m trying to google their phone number and it won`t let me find Microsoft`s phone number, there is a page but they ask me what product I need help with and then they ask for like a ridiculous fee like $200 for up to 8hours. I was like wtf? So anyone know how I can do this? or has a contact number?

I don't understand, If you installed Windows 7 and entered a correct serial key, when you try Activate, Windows will say it's genuine. What is the problem? You don't call to activate windows... Click Start > All Program's and look through there for Activate Windows.

Go to your System options in the Control Panel and activate it after you get an internet connection?

Just click the button that says activate. If he got it from his company, it'll work.

But on the odd chance it doesn't, have your dad ask his company.

select activate, choose telephone method, select your locale and bam there is the telephone number.

No, what happened was it came out with an error. I forgot it since I re-installed and put my Ultimate on it. It would give me a 2 day Activation error, and then error 0x______ DNS error.
