I want good framerates for Prototype (using it as a benchmark in this situation) at relatively high settings. My current card is an ATI X1300, and I would like to stay with ATI. Preferably, I want something under 100$.

OP, wait for the 4830 on newegg (or get one on Tigerdirect or somewhere) or get a 4670 (little underbudget) or 4770 (little over budget).

Nah, that's at my Mom's.
Currently I have a Dell and it's PCIe *16 compatible.
