I upgraded to windows 7 but now my IE is really slow
like for an example I would click a link but it wouldnt pop up
i would literally have to click 500 times
and it MIGHT popup in a new window
Mozilla works fine for me
but I would still like IE to work
I have the latest version also

Reinstall IE after clearing ALL cache/history/temporary files ala IE -> Tools -> Delete Browsing History.
Good luck.

Get all your updates.
But the answer really is to use another browser. There are very few sites that won't render correctly without IE anymore, and there's even IETab addons for Firefox. This is more like one of those things that would preoccupy you when wanting everything on your computer to be perfect. Uninstall IE if you need to, but you're still running Windows. Good luck.
