Ooh I did forget a fan, which is very much a necessity for i7s. Stock fans aren't very good, and for the i7 you really wanna keep it cool.

Also, OP could pretty much go with any of the RAM setups listed here, although I really wouldn't recommend the G.Skill ones. And I personally don't see why people really need 6GB or more of RAM. 4GB is ample for most people.

the G.SKILL is 2x2, and they are gold tier ram liek Cosair, unless you talking about the 6gb OCZ gold, then there is the 2x2 OCZ gold for 90$ and free usb drive.

Thats a whole lotta usbs? But what happens if your gfx card fries? How would you go about using the pc untill you can get a new one? Bad idea to have no onboard video

Still, I find it bad juju if something goes wrong and your GFX card isnt working, you got no other way to atleast use the pc till you get a new one.
