Splitting the Windows 7 disc isn't as difficult as some of you may think. In fact it's pretty easy with the help of a small program. No wonder some say it's always dark under the lighthouse.
And sharing is caring...

In other words if anything happens to you or your love ones while your following this guide, then it's your own problem.
This guide is only for members on CEF and may not be reposted in other forums. You are to keep this guide to yourself and cannot be shared with others.
Let's begin
Requirements:
Windows 7 installation disc
vLite (1.55MB)
Microsoft Windows Vista SP1 Automated Installation Kit (1.3GB)
All you need in the Vista SP1 WAIK is just a small driver filter that's only a few KB in size.
1. Download the 2 program required for this guide as mentioned in requirements section.
2. Create a folder to a location you will remember and copy the entire contents from your CD to that folder
(Users with images of Windows 7 install disc will need to mount to a virtual drive and then follow step 2).
3. Install vlite and install the 2 additional files required for the program to work.
4. The files are located in the WAIK installation kit.
5. When you have the files need for that program, browse to the folder for where you copied your Windows 7.
6. vLite will analyze and then give you a few OS choices. Select the proper edition for Windows 7 that you rightfully own.
e.g. If you have the product key for Windows 7 Home Premium then select Home Premium.
7. Now the program will ask you for other additional task and since this guide is only about splitting images, just enable create bootable iso and click next.
8. On the right hand side, click on split image
9. Select a location for it and begin the process.
10. When it's done close off the program and your set.
Warning!
If any of you who decided to run the other tools offer in that program, just to let you guys know it was made for Vista and not Win 7. And certain problems may arise from using it in the long run as it did happened with Vista users.

Yeah see you did edit the installer. It won't just do it by itself, which is what you said would happen.

You can still split the image by using the commands in the Windows Automated Installation kit.
Commands: createspannedshares.cmd, ImageX, and oscdimg
Code: | createspannedshares.cmd X:\sources X\:destination |
This command tells the WAIK to split your single DVD media and split into multiple disc to fit on to a CD.
ImageX does it by itself and then you use oscdimg (part of waik) to create the individual iso files.
Here is the success of splitting Win7 into multiple CD size files.
Vlite just makes your lives easier by clicking on buttons instead of dealing with this coding crap.
Now instead of posting like a dickfag, when are you going to post sometime productive?
