All of the following started happening after I used CCleaner,
Problem 1: I can't connect to the steam community or the store.
Problem 2: When I'm playing steam multiplayer games there pictures just show up as ?.
Problem 3: I reinstalled steam with my orange box disc's, the problem's persist. And my TF2, HL2, Portal icons come up as the default .exe icons.
Problem 4: When I'm trying to join a TF2 game with a custom map, after it finishes downloading it says Disconnect missing map: (map name here), I know this is client sided.

1. No idea, does it work on other browsers? Try bouncing your router / modem and see. You can try another DNS server if the lookup is failing.
2. This can be normal, though unlikely for everyone. ? means they never picked an avatar.
3. Try getting it from steampowered.
4. Steam registry keys got hosed somehow? Fucked paths?

| I fixed it, I restored to my computer's earliest restore point, I think it was my registry.
