Anyone else having issues installing .NET Framework 3.5 for Windows 7 x64?

I run it as an admin, I get to the first part (check attachment) and then nothing else pops up. I check to see if its installed, it isn't.

.NET Frameworks up to 3.5 SP1 + hotfixes are included with Windows 7 as components, as far as I know.

If your copy of windows is up to date, you more than likely have it installed already.

W7 might come with it included stock

Hmm. I think it did. I was trying to use my PS3 controller for my computer. This one program keeps getting a .NET Error so I thought I didn't have .NET. And I update my W7 every time there's an update. Guess I'll give up using my PS3 as a game controller.

Build 7600 of windows came with .net 3.5, directx 11, I think it even came with a java environment installed. The final version of windows7 should have anything you could think of.

while my graphic card doesnt support directX 11 , what will happen lol ?

and i do have the warez build 7600 oem clean version installed .

Any one can help me?
I have a problem of To installed a visual studio or framework of any version at that time set up was suddenly stop any the error has become,The error i don't know but I think its a Windows Xp error so What's reason behind this any one tell me.
