No just open the ISO in winrar and run Setup.exe, its really fast and easy to install, and yeah I still have all my files. Also theres this Win 7 ISO checker i would use, look it up on the piratebay. it checks to see if the ISO has been tampered with.

Well, it's the most seeded one and the comments don't say anything bad. I think it's fine. I just have to disable automatic updates, right? Also, do you have the same one?
