I already have port 80 forwarded, I'll try one of those sites. Do they allow you to just upload a folder and use that? The site is already built on my computer, I just need a host.
Also, can I access the SQL server from my computer with it hosted?

Yes, you have 2 options for the folder.
If you use your own FTP Application such as FileZilla, then yes you can send a folder. If you use the web browser FTP Manager, then you need to zip the folder, and upload it in the htdocs folder, which will then be automatically decompressed.
For the SQL Databse, when you go to your Control Panel, you can select PhpMyAdmin, which through a browser, you can access your MySQL Database and modify it.

Okay, thanks. Is there a limit on how many SQL databases you can have? I have one for the joomla control panel and one for the forum

Yes there is a limit of 50 MySQL Databases at Byethost which is what I used...
5500 MB disk space
200 GB monthly transfer
50 sub domains
50 parked domains
50 addon domains

PhpMyAdmin

Unlimited POP email accounts
Fantastico type installer

Do I just use an FTP client to upload the htdocs folder to the host?
