Planning to get a new videocard soon but can't decide T_T
I don't know the power it will have on my system
2.8 Ghz OC 3.0Ghz AMD 5400+ Athlon x2
Asus M3N78-VM
4 Gb OCZ ram
Sapphire Radeon 3450 ( T.T)
I like to play games like Crysis.

For price vs. performance, I'd recommend either the HD 4870, or the HD 5850 once it drops just a bit more. You might want to wait until the new Fermi chips hit; by the specs, it looks promising, but NVIDIA might be asking too much out of the TSMC 40nm process at this stage (i.e. high prices for the chip fabrication).
Unless you've already upgraded your power supply, your stock PSU will probably be unable to handle any of these high-performance cards.
Honestly, your system as a whole doesn't seem all that ready for Crysis. I'd recommend just getting a whole new computer if you can manage to get the cash, as the Athlon 64 X2 is near obsolete. Crysis isn't even that good of a game by comparison to the other games on the market now, IMO.

1. I wouldn't doubt you ending up CPU bound in more modern games
2. Wait a bit, prices will fall on the new ATI cards. They are monsters. The 5770 is looking very, very good for it's price target.
Bonus. Crysis was fucking awesome, I loved ambushing patrol cars by hiding in a bush with a fucking DRILL PRESS then hurling that shit like a baseball

I think that if i get bottleneck and also Athlon 64 X2 isn't that bad.
i was thinking 4870 because its not a overkill and its affordable.

I have a 4850 and crysis runs smooth. But then again I have a Core2Quad.

Dualcore and Quadcores don't make a difference. Unless the game can execute all 4/2 cores.
