watch it in HD full screen for better experience and even better if you have an HD screen or at least a bright one.

Pretty nice, you should make the particles bigger though (blob map instead of point particles (not sure if it's different in 3ds Max)) so they 'blend' more. Also, at :19 there's a bunch of gray fall-off particles that make it look strange.

Slappy101

its way different
I'm using krakatoa that lets me handle millions of particles, with a simple render engine the machine will explode.

actually this was a test animation with under 500 000 particles
final animation (( which I'll make later )) will have over 2 million particles

(( and it will be easier for ppl with common screens to see ))

If possible though, apply a slight glow effect, or increase it if you already have one.

my laptop haves an HD screen which makes the contrast much more detailed and its brighter so in the video I just posted I can see every single dot from the particles in Hi detail.
on common screens ((non HD )) you will barely see the particles and maybe a little blury.

Would a 1680x1050 monitor count as HD? If not, I can see it if you enable HD and maximize the video.

I'm on an Envision something or other from 5 years ago, I can see everything but it's dark and overall kinda lame.
I hope to get a 1080p screen soon.
