I got it v.v How do I fix this? I think I have a virus but my AV said it fixed it, I was surfing when the blue screen popped up and restarted my PC! Now its 10x slower and I'm not sure whats going on! Help? I need a srs free AV!

The easiest solution would be to save all important things to CDs/Flash drives and reformat.

I don't know how to do that :/ I'm more of an internal person not the hardware :/

If you need a free AV then try Avast, but try and buy one, best thing you could do if you only need an AV

It's from MS itself, user friendly, and it's free too.
The catch... requires a legit version of Windows.

I hve something that puts all free stuff to shame. Not a av but a free virus scan that isnt a scam.
http://www.eset.com/onlinescan/
Download it run it and let it work its magic. If it cant delete it, it usually shows you the path in which it is.

If not, I might install it and another AV when I reformat in a few days...
