|
|
I have Ubuntu 8.10 it boots from my 16gb USB
In our class we use a proxy and when I use it at home, I set it to the DIRECT INTERNET CONNECTION through the settings
My internet works
but If I do something like sudo apt-get upgrade, it will still try to connect to my school proxy
We did edit our sources.list file
but I put it back to default at home
heres what it consists of when I am working at home
