My dad says Microsoft just sent him an e-mail about them shipping it out on Friday or something. I'm interested in seeing the tote bags for myself, and a free copy of Windows never hurts.

The version of Windows 7 Ultimate that comes with the party pack is special not because it's got extra feature not found on the regular version of Win7 Ultimate.
It's special because its a signature edition.
The free edition that comes with the package is Windows 7 Signature Edition, signed by Steve Ballmer. And the packaging is different from the regular version of w7 Ultimate.

Hell if I have $11 billion I'll act like him too.
Also this isn't the first time MS went with a signature edition.
Vista Ultimate had it too with Bill's sig that is.
