what upgrades do you recommend for my hardware specs?

Motherboard: ECS P4M900T-M2
Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo @ 2.20GHz
RAM: PQI 1GB DDR2
VideoCard: nVidia GeForce 7300SE 512 MB

dont ask for my budget since the prices here in PH are different from the prices in US
i could just buy used parts from my friends since they always upgrade their PC
or if i can afford it, ill just buy new parts instead of used parts from my friends

1 or 2x2GB DDR2 PC2-6400 DIMM
Better video card (see what you can buy from your friends) for the PCI-E x16 slot on the board.
Maybe look into learning about overclocking your CPU.
