You probably have never run Windows Update. It is somewhere in the control panel I believe.

I've run Windows Update.
Would you like a screenie of EVERY update I've ever installed?
I've updated Windows Update to it's newest version, I've checked for new updates, nothing.
So don't immediately pull the "he must be an idiot" card.
I'm in college for software engineering for fuck sakes. | Then you have the newest service pack.
Also, don't automatically assume I was being hostile, I wasn't. Many people expect things on computers to do everything for them.

Maybe Home Premium isn't supporting the new Service Packs...

When Vista SP2 first debuted, some users has problems after they install it and complained like a whiny bitch.
MS decided to take action and what it does is it uses windows update to analyze your system for potential conflicts with SP2. If there is a conflict with SP2, your Windows Update will not show Vista SP2 on the list until you get rid of the conflict.
If you want to take the risk and install it anyway, here is the link
Windows Service Pack 2 offline installer (standalone) for Vista/Server 2008
