I'm going to try to make my own mac so I can use things like GB iW etc...

How much would it cost to make one that isn't very good but anti suck I'm looking for around 2-3g ram and about a 250g Hard drive. (Also please keep all PC vs Mac opinions to your self I have a PC and am very pleased with it but I can't dev iPhone apps on it now can I?)

This is more on the illegal side; Apple's software licensing EULA says that you can only install OS X on their own systems. There are various methods to do so on most any x86 and x86-64 computers though.

You should be able to make a system with those specs for under $500.

The only way to run OSX on a self-built PC (protip: PC = Personal Computer. Macintoshes are PCs too.) is through technically illegal means such as OSx86.

Post a budget and I (or someone else) would be happy to throw together an OSx86 compatible build.

I was shooting for around $800 U.S. but I don't think it is illegal but hey who knows? Next thing you know there going to bribe people to make JB'ing illegal.
