hi people i have an acer aspire 5315 laptop and when i log on i have an acer program that pops up in the right hand corner at the top and there is an encryption option and when i click it i get this.

and i dnt know how to reinstall my acer program

Try running a virus scan, it kind of looks suspicious.

Ok this happened on my old one. Get the Eshit for it should tell you to install something before this program. Install that and reinstall this. Im not sure about names but I remember it saying you had to do it like that.

Don't use some crappy ACER program for encryption, if you need it.
Check out Truecrypt or something.
