Thats the boot menu for vista and win7. since my pc wouldnt dual boot 7 i removed the boot folder. I did it for vista and it didnt hurt my laptop. Now it wont boot and the win7 repair wont let me fix it. Is there a program i can use to max something bootable to fix this? I dont want to lose all my stuff in a reformat ._.

Vista (and presumably later) doesn't install individual files and can't do a real repair install. You really need to get your computer set up the way you want it, or explain how you want it if you can't..

I fixed it by installing XP without fromatting the HDD. it saved my user and installed programs. I'm now booting windows 7 and I saved all my music. Am happy ^_^
