Your running the Windows Basic Theme.
Right Click Desktop > Properties > Theme Tab > Select some themes till you find your installed Windows 7 Theme.

It's the very old theme that I don't like at all :/

@iTz, tried that last night, it's on the installed theme :/

Themes for other OSes are always buggy as hell. Why not just install the actual OS?

Install tuneup utilities and install the theme through it? If the msstyles theme is accessible to you then use tuneuputilities.
